Thank you for your interest in the World Class FC travel soccer program. To secure a roster position on your team and obtain a player pass to participate, you must complete Step 1 and Step 2, as outlined below.
Step 1 : Release from Previous Club : If you played for another travel soccer club before joining World Class FC, you must contact that club's administrator or registrar and request a release from the club in writing. World Class FC will not be able to issue you a player pass until your old club formally releases you.
Step 2 : On-Line Player Registration with World Class FC : If you have been invited to join one of our teams and you are prepared to accept a roster position, please click the link below to access our on-line registration and payment system to register your child with World Class FC

Step 3 : Player Registration and Pass Card with US Youth Soccer and US Club Soccer : After you have completed Step 1, please download the two forms listed below and complete all of the required information. Please note, the US Youth Soccer form must be notarized.

New Jersey Youth Soccer Out of State Player (only if you live in NJ)
Once you have completed both forms, please submit all of the information listed below in one package :
1) Completed, original US Youth Soccer Form
2) Completed, original US Club Soccer Form
3) Three (3) Passport Size photographs (1 x 1 inch) - clearly print players name on back of each picture.
4) One (1) copy of the Player Birth Certificate - please make sure it is legible.

No player will be permitted to participate in any training sessions or games beyond August 1, 2011 without the above information. All existing player passes expire on July 31, 2011.
