Follow this process to register for your WCFC Team
Thank you for your interest in the World Class FC travel soccer program. If you have been invited to join one of our teams and you are prepared to accept a roster position, you must complete Steps 1 - 4 as outlined below to secure your roster position.
Step 1: Release from Previous Club : If you played for another travel soccer club before joining World Class FC or you are going to be carded with another club for the upcoming season, you must contact that club’s administrator or registrar and request a release from the club in writing or get them to approve a secondary card with World Class. World Class FC will not be able to issue you a player pass until your old club formally releases you or approves a secondary card.
Step 2 : Read the "Our Way Forward" document: Using the link below, please read the document presented below. This document outlines how the club is dealing with the cancellation of the Spring 2020 season and upcoming Fall 2020 / Spring 2021 season.
Step 3: On-Line Player Registration with World Class FC : Please click the link below to access our on-line registration and payment system to register your child with World Class FC. Please be sure to register your child for the team as noted in your invitation letter. You will need to upload a picture of your child into this system. If you have difficulty with this, please send a digital picture to our registrar at email@example.com. Please include your child’s name, DOB and name of coach with the picture.
Please note, all payments made are non-refundable
Step 4: Player Registration and Pass Card with US Club Soccer : Please download the form listed below and complete all of the required information.
Once you have completed the form, please submit all of the information listed below electronically via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the Subject line of the email write your child's name and the age group of their team (e.g. Susan Smith 2005 Girls).
1) Completed, original US Club Soccer Form
2) One (1) Passport Size photograph.
3) One (1) copy of the Player Birth Certificate - please make sure it is legible.
ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JULY 3RD.
No player will be permitted to participate in any training sessions or games beyond August 1 of the current year without the above information. All existing player passes expire on July 31 of the current year.
